Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to observe the below.

Appointments

All services must be scheduled in advance. No “walk-ins”.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that unexpected events can occur in everyone’s life.
To be fair to each client’s time and needs as well as the livelihood of your technician, we ask that the following polices be followed.

~24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment.

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advanced notice you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled service.

~No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled service.

~LATE ARRIVAL

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your services as a courtesy to the next scheduled client.

SPA ETIQUETTE

To maintain a relaxing environment for everyone, we respectfully request that you silence all electronic devices and refrain from making phone calls inside the salon.

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, you will receive email and text alerts to confirm your appointment. However, if you do not receive these notices please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

RETURNED CHECK

Any returned check will result in a $30.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

PAYMENT

We are sorry, but we do not accept Discover or American Express. However, we do accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and checks.
